Jocelyn May

Jocelyn May is a graduating senior majoring in Operations Management with a minor in Leadership Studies from Prince George’s County, Maryland.  This is her third year being involved in African American Heritage Festival, last year she served as the Chair of Theme Thursday. Jocelyn urges diversity of thought and culture and she aims to ensure purposeful relationships with everyone she comes in contact with. Jocelyn is an employee of the Department of Recreational Sports working in Member Services at the RPAC. Also, she serves as a mentor for TED-Ed fostering TEDx Talks for students at East High School in Columbus, Ohio.  She is an active link of the 111th Class of Sphinx Senior Class Honorary. Jocelyn is mostly looking forward to creating an experience within African American Heritage Festival that celebrates the legacy of the Black community on campus, nationally and abroad.
