Nnaemeka Anene is a 3rd-Year, Materials Science & Engineering major on a Pre-Med track. Born in Dayton, Ohio, Nnaemeka is new to the Heritage Fest Planning Committee. Nnaemeka is a Teaching Assistant in the College of Engineering, a Site Leader for the Department of Social Change’s Circleville Juvenile Detention Center, a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Chapter, and a member of National Society of Black Engineers, as well as a mentor in various programs throughout campus. After undergrad Nnaemeka hopes to find involvement in the medical field, whether that be as a cardiac surgeon or in an engineering building machines that assist in surgeries and other medical purposes. Outside of his involvement, Nnaemeka enjoys sports and music.
