Tobin Kassa

Tobin Kassa is a third year Pre-Law student double majoring in Political Science and Strategic Communication from Ethiopia. This is her second year as a member of the African American Heritage Festival. Prior to her current position as a committee chair, she served on the 39th Mahogany Moments subcommittee. On campus, Tobin works as a student leader with the Morrill Scholars Recruitment & Looking Forward Team to increase representation on campus and enhance campus diversity. She also serves as an Outreach Liaison with the Undergraduate Student Government and is a member of the Ethiopian & Eritrean Student Organization.  

A lover of travel and advocate for social justice, Tobin wants to explore overseas upon graduation and continue her studies in the legal field. She aspires to mark her legacy abroad while realizing her dreams of working as an international lawyer.
