Hope

This year's festival serves as a mile-stone with it being our 35th Annual African American Heritage Festival! This year's festival will center around the word "Tumaini," which is the Swahili word for Hope! The theme Hope: Reaching New Heights will be incorporated throughout the week of the festival! We invite all of the Ohio State University and community members to join us for our annual celebration. Please view the schedule tab for event details.

Join us at The 35th Annual African American Heritage Festival, Friday, March 22nd, 2013–Friday, March 29th, 2013.

This week-long event is hosted by the Multicultural Center and co-sponsored by various departments, student organizations and hall councils at The Ohio State University.

For information regarding accessibility, to request an interpreter, or other accommodations, contact Katherine Betts.
